Crafting manuals and guides, SOPs, knowledge bases, technical/graphic design, technical reports and correspondences/memos, white papers, infographics, FAQs, etc.

Content Development

Content research, strategy, authoring, design and management. Copywriting, social media content planning and management, UX and website writing, market analysis, customer journey, digital marketing and visual comms.

Training Development/ Enablement

Develop training materials, video instructional, facilitating training and learning concepts, media training, volunteer training; onboarding, refreshers, workshops, job-shadowing, etc.

What makes me qualified...

Most of my work, whether in marketing communications, training, or program management, starts with a problem.

 

Problem: People don’t understand a complex insurance product or healthcare service.

Solution: Break it down using plain language, visual aids, and tailored training that meets learners where they are, making it easy to understand and apply.

Problem: Stakeholders need to adopt a new software tool.

Solution: Develop centralized, user-specific playbooks that build awareness, drive adoption, and support continued engagement.

Problem: Financial fraud is on the rise.

Solution: Launch an external communications campaign that educates consumers and empowers them to take action.

Over the past decade, I’ve built solutions like these across the consumer services space. My goal is to make information actionable and turn confusion into clarity, by bringing a training enablement mindset to every initiative. With knowledge in market research and analysis, I develop data-driven strategies and execute plans that cut through the noise. Additionally, I equip teams, partners, and stakeholders with the tools, messaging, and support they need to thrive.

Whether working behind the scenes or in a public-facing role, I help deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. The result? Programs that stick, relationships that last, and outcomes that matter.
